Betting the Breeders’ Cup Event

(Lexington, KY) A very special evening with an all star lineup is slated for Tuesday, October 27, from 6 pm until 8 pm. Join Hall of Fame Jockey Jerry Bailey, NBC analyst Randy Moss, and Daily Racing Form experts Mike Watchmaker and Mike Welsch as they discuss each of the Breeders’ Cup races. The guests will enjoy cocktails and hors d’ oeuvres followed by colorful and insightful discussions about each Breeders’ Cup race while benefitting important charities.

The event is being sponsored by the Charitable Impact Group Inc., CIG a (501) (c) (3) and Daily Racing Form and is a part of the KentuckyOne Health Breeders’ Cup Festival. The proceeds from the event will be shared by the Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund, Camp Horsin’ Around and the Bluegrass Sports Commission.

The Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund is a (501) (c) (3) public charity that provides financial assistance to some 60 former jockeys who have suffered catastrophic on-track injuries

Camp Horsin’ Around a (501) (c )(3) is a camp facility specifically designed and equipped to enrich the lives of children with serious, chronic illnesses and physical difficulties.

The Bluegrass Sports Commission’s purpose is to attract and support new and existing sports events at any level, such as the Bluegrass State Games, to the Central Kentucky Area.
