Phillip Haywood and the Belfry Pirates are making their sixth straight appearance in the Class 3A State Championship game. Belfry defeated Corbin 42 Friday night to setup a matchup with Lexington Catholic.
Belfry (13-1) and Lexington Catholic (11-3) will kickoff Dec. 6 at 4 p.m. at Houchen Industries L.T. Smith Stadium.
