Danville Overwhelms Rockcastle County with Air Raid Offense

The Danville Admirals passed left, right and center to earn an impressive 46-18 win over Rockcastle County Friday night.

Danville quarterback Zach Dampier finished the game 15-19 passing for 390 yards and 5 touchdowns. Dampier had one interception, which actually deflected off a receiver’s hands before landing into the welcome arms of a Rockcastle defender.



Triston Coffey had 4 receptions for 173 yards for the Admirals. Dmauriae VanCleave hauled in 6 passes for 135 yards.

Danville (2-0) will host crosstown rival Boyle County (2-0) in a highly anticipated game this week.
