Former UPIKE Standout Kenny Manigault Signs Pro Contract

LAS VEGAS — The AmeriLeague and former University of Pikeville men’s basketball standout Kenny Manigault have agreed to terms of a contract that will allow the Ridgeville, S.C., native to enter this year’s AmeriLeague draft. Per league policy, terms of the contracts were not released.

In his senior season, Manigault led the Bears to the NAIA quarterfinals, averaging 18.3 points, 3.3 steals and 6.3 rebounds in three postseason games. UPIKE advanced to the NAIA National Championship quarterfinals where it lost to Talladega (Ala.).

In addition to earning 2015 NAIA Player of the Year honors, Manigault finished first in steals (83) and 16th in scoring (19.4 ppg).
